ABOUT MCKENZIE
McKenzie, also known as Mac, is a singer-songwriter based in Austin, Texas, with a distinctive raspy and soulful voice. Her musical style spans across country, soul, rock, and pop, making her a versatile artist who loves experimenting with different genres.

A native of Austin, Mac’s musical journey began at 11 years old when she started taking guitar and vocal lessons at the Musician's Woodshed in Bee Cave. It was there she first began performing live. She later went on to study music as a minor at Texas State University, deepening her passion for the craft. Since graduating, Mac has been building a rich acoustic sound, combining soulful covers of timeless classics with her own original songs.
